The successful applicant must have demonstrated expertise in working with LGBT populations in addition to documented experience in the provision of training and tech. asst. on a national basis or has a formal relationship with an organization that has this experience. |

| Purpose: | To support the first step towards initiating a national dialogue on the unique needs of Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgender elders. The grant will support a National Resource Center to assist local, state and national organizations with the information and technical assistance necessary to better serve the LGBT older adult community. |
