Purpose:	To develop and implement education and counseling efforts that are aimed at potential homebuyers. Funds provided through this program can be used for a variety of purposes including personnel salaries, fringe benefits, professional services costs, materials and supplies, equipment, and other capital expenditures. Program objectives are as follows: Increase the financial knowledge and decision-making capabilities of prospective homebuyers; Help prospective homebuyers develop healthy financial practices; Help prospective homebuyers improve their credit scores; Educate prospective homebuyers about the options available to build savings for both long- and short-term goals.
