| Purpose: | To reduce the incidence of homelessness in CoC communities by assisting homeless individuals and families to move to self-sufficiency and permanent housing. Eligible components for Supportive Housing include: Transitional Housing, Permanent Housing for Disabled Persons only, Supportive services not in conjunction with supportive housing, Safe Havens/ Eligible components for Shelter Plus Care: Tenant-based housing, Sponsor-based housing, Project-based housing, SRO-based housing/ Eligiblity for Section 8 SRO: SRO housing |
