| Purpose: | To support service coordinator positions at assisted housing developments for the elderly and/or disabled. Service coordinators assist residents in obtaining services that will allow them to live independently. All actions performed by a service coordinator should meet the specific needs of the residents served. Service coordinators should have a college degree and/or relevant work experience. Funding can be used for a variety of purposes, including salaries, fringe benefits, and other related costs. |
